Returns & Refunds Policy – The Boardroom

1. General Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiptprovided that:

  • The item is in unused and saleable condition.

  • You have your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note that items purchased from our physical store have their own return policy, and these online return terms do not apply to in-store purchases.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Trading card products (sealed packs, singles, or collections)

  • Any other items clearly marked as final sale on the product page

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at jmtboardrooms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at jmtboardrooms@gmail.com.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
